Kimberly Perkins
Kimberly Perkins is originally from Montgomery, Alabama, and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an experienced personal injury attorney, dedicated to advocating for clients injured as the result of the negligence of others. Although much of her earlier legal career involved a wide range of civil litigation, Kimberly now focuses her practice exclusively on helping personal injury victims seek justice.
Kimberly’s educational path laid a strong foundation for her work as a trial lawyer. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Licensed to practice law in Alabama, Georgia, and Washington, D.C., Kimberly has successfully represented clients in personal injury cases across multiple jurisdictions, securing favorable outcomes and monetary recoveries. Her trial experience includes achieving a civil jury verdict in Alabama for a client injured as a result of an assault and battery case. Upon relocating to Georgia in 2021, she gained valuable experience serving with the City of Atlanta before returning to plaintiff’s practice. During this time, she presented oral argument before the Georgia Supreme Court, highlighting her ability to advocate before the state’s highest court.
Clients of Kimberly’s can benefit from her multi-jurisdictional experience. Kimberly does not back down when helping clients achieve positive case results, and her understanding of car accident cases allows her to empathize with her clients. She is communicative about what clients can expect throughout the legal process.
Kimberly is an active member of several respected organizations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice Minority Caucus, the American Association of Justice Women’s Trial Lawyers Caucus, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
